核医学放射性废水排放指标与限值的研究进展

摘　　要：医疗机构污水排放应满足总放射性控制指标,放射性废水的排放还应满足放射性核素活度浓度与总活度限值要求。我们通过综述废水的放射性监测指标、监测方法与排放限值,分析不同指标的适用范围,明确适用于核医学放射性废水排放的监测指标与限值,为医疗机构和管理部门提供参考。The discharge of sewage from medical institutions should meet the total radioactivity control index,and the discharge of radioactive waste water should also meet the requirements of radionuclide activity concentration and total activity limit.This article reviews the radioactive monitoring indicators,monitoring methods and emission limits of waste water,analyze the application scope of different indicators,and clarify the monitoring indicators and limits applicable to the radioactive waste water discharge of nuclear medicine,so as to provide reference for medical institutions and management departments.
