基于成本收益视角下的城市空间拓展规律研究——以黄河流域黄土丘陵沟壑区城市延安市为例

摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的快速发展,城市空间的拓展也在加速,因此对城市空间拓展特征和规律进行研究非常必要。以延安为例,对延安城市空间格局的演变和扩展规模的变化进行分析,并以2000—2017年城市主要发展指标为基础数据,从自然、环境、经济、社会4个方面分别进行了城市拓展的成本-收益分析,经过权重叠加,得出延安城市拓展的综合成本-收益指数2007年最高,2006年次之,2000年最低。在此基础上,总结延安城市拓展分为简单增长-分布增长和结构增长3个阶段;城市拓展的综合成本存在上升—下降—再上升的规律;城市社会经济发展是城市空间拓展的重要驱动力。With the rapid development of China′s social economy,the expansion of urban space is also accelerating,so it is necessary to study the characteristics and laws of urban space expansion.Taking Yan′an as an example,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the evolution process and expansion scale of the urban spatial pattern of Yan′an.Based on the data of major urban development indicators from 2000 to 2017,the cost-benefit analysis of urban development is carried out from four aspects:nature,environment,economy and society.Through weight superposition,the comprehensive cost-benefit index of urban development of Yan′an was the highest in 2007,the second in 2006,and the lowest in 2000.On this basis,the urban development of Yan′an is divided into three stages:simple growth,distribution growth and structure growth.The comprehensive cost of urban development has the rule of rising,falling and rising again.Urban social and economic development is an important driving force for urban space expansion.
