摘  要:该文提出了一种具有温度补偿作用的高灵敏度光纤磁场传感器,利用波长解调技术研究传感器的磁场和温度响应特性、重复性、指向性及可逆性等。该传感器是由一段单模光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)和非本征法布里珀罗干涉腔(extrinsic Fabry-Pérot interferometer,EFPI)构成,其中,EFPI由多模光纤(multimode fiber,MMF)和单模光纤(single mode fiber,SMF)构成,并固定于铽镝铁(Terfenol-D)棒材的轴向微型槽内,微型槽通过激光微加工技术制得。Terfenol-D材料具有高效磁致伸缩性能,在外加磁场作用下易发生形变并改变EFPI腔长,通过监测干涉光谱漂移实现磁场的高灵敏度探测,同时利用FBG的温度敏感特性进行温度补偿,实现温度和磁场的同时测量。实验结果表明,在0~100 mT磁场范围内磁场灵敏度为1.2278 nm/mT,且具有良好的重复性和方向性;FBG和EFPI温度灵敏度分别为0.0082 nm/℃和2.6963 nm/℃,具有很好的稳定性。High sensitivity temperature self-calibration fiber magnetic field sensor is proposed and the temperature response characteristics,repeatability,orientation-dependence and reversibility experimentally demonstrated by using wavelength demodulation technology.The sensor is cascaded a series of single mode fiber Bragg grating(FBG)with multimode fiber and extrinsic Fabry-Pérot interference(EFPI)cavity.The EFPI cavity is formed by the MMF and a section of SMF,which is bonded on micro grooves of TbDyFe bar oriented along the longitudinal direction.The micro groove is made by laser micromachining technology.Terfenol-D material has high-efficiency magnetostrictive properties.It is easy to deform and change the length of the EFPI cavity under the action of an external magnetic field.The high-sensitivity detection of the magnetic field is realized by monitoring the interference spectrum drift.At the same time,the temperature sensitivity of FBG is used for temperature compensation to achieve temperature simultaneous measurement with magnetic field.The experimental results show that the magnetic field sensitivity is 1.27nm/mT in the 0 mT~100 mT magnetic field range,and it has good repeatability and directivity;the temperature sensitivity of FBG and EFPI are 0.0082 nm/℃and 2.6963 nm/℃respectively,and they have good stability.
