摘　　要：在设定螺栓材质没有问题的前提下,对选煤机械设备螺栓断裂的主要原因,如抗拉强度、疲劳强度、螺纹紧固件损坏、螺纹紧固件松动等进行了分析和比较,得出螺栓绝大多数情况都是因为螺纹连接松动而断裂的结论,并介绍了螺纹防松原理及常用的防松方法。The main factors including tensible strength,fatigue stress,fasteners failure,fastener looseness leading to the bolt breakage on the coal washing machinery are analyzed and compared in this paper.This study is conducted on the assumption that bolt material is qualified.It is concluded that in most cases bolt fracture is caused by fastener looseness.The looseness prevention principle and common measures are also introduced.
