摘 要:煤化工企业的焦化废水最常用的除氟方法是化学沉淀法和混凝沉降法,处理后的废水含氟量一般在10~25 mg/L左右,仍高于国家的排放标准,需进一步处理。欣格瑞(山东)环境科技有限公司自行研制液体高效除氟剂SGR-0628,专门针对低浓度含氟废水的处理。使用方法十分方便快捷,反应迅速,处理后氟离子质量浓度可降至2 mg/L以下。Fluoride-containing wastewater is commonly treated by adsorption method,electric coagulation method,reverse osmosis method,ion exchange method,chemical precipitation method and coagulation sedimentation method.The most commonly used methods of coking wastewater in coal chemical enterprises are chemical precipitation and coagulation sedimentation.If the calcium salt precipitation method is adopted,the fluoride content in the wastewater treated by this method is generally about 20 mg/L,which is still higher than the national discharge standard and needs further treatment.At present,Xingrui(Shandong)Environmental Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.independently developed liquid efficient defluorine agent SGR-0628,which is specially aimed at the treatment of low concentration fluorine-containing wastewater.The use method is very convenient and quick,and the reaction is rapid.The fluoride ion can be reduced to less than 2 mg/L after treatment.
