摘　　要：目的调查血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为现状并分析其影响因素,为临床护理干预提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取湖州市某三级甲等医院血液透析行动静脉内瘘患者118例为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表及血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为量表进行调查,运用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析其自我护理行为影响因素。结果血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为量表总分为(46.29±4.31)分,其中症状体征管理(16.11±3.22)分、并发症预防管理(30.05±4.17)分。多因素分析显示,年龄、透析龄、每周透析次数及文化程度是血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为处于中等水平,受多种因素影响。Objective To investigate the present situation of self-care behavior on arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors to provide a reference for clinical nursing intervention.Method Choose 118 hemodialysis patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula from a first class grade three hospital in Huzhou by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire and Scale of Assessment of Self-care Behaviors with Arterio-venous Fistual in Hemodialysis(ASBHD-AVF).Analyze influencing factors of self-care behavior by single-factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result The total score of ASBHD-AVF in hemodialysis patients is(46.29±4.31),in which the score on symptom and sign management is(16.11±3.22)and the score on complication prevention management is(30.05±4.17).Multiple factor analysis shows that patients’age,dialysis age,dialysis times every week and education level are influencing factors of self-care behavior on arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-care behavior on arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis patients is at a medium level and influenced by many factors.
