摘 要:T2DM是一种代谢紊乱性疾病,其特征是IR导致葡萄糖稳态受损,与全身慢性低度炎症有关。T细胞异常在T2DM发生发展中起重要作用,T2DM与T细胞过度活化及炎症信号通路激活关系密切。效应性T细胞分化与影响效应因子产生的调控过程相关,T2DM患者T细胞分化异常。通过调节免疫系统平衡和抑制T细胞介导的炎症,可改善胰岛β细胞功能障碍并延缓T2DM进展。本文对T细胞异常在T2DM发生发展中的作用进行评述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disorder characterized by impaired glucose homeostasis due to insulin resistance(IR),associated with a chronic low‐grade systemic inflammation.However,more recently there has been heightening support indicating the role of T cell dysfunction in the pathological course of T2DM.T2DM is closely related to the excessive activation of T cells and the activation of inflammatory signaling pathways.The differentiation of effector T cells is linked to the process that regulating the production of effector factors.T cell differentiation is abnormal in T2DM patients.It will be helpful to improveβcell dysfunction and delay the progression of T2DM by maintaining immune system homeostasis and inhibiting T cells mediated inflammation.This article reviews the role of T cell abnormalities in the development of T2DM.
