摘 要:针对分散小农户在区域市场上自行销售生鲜农产品可能存在产品质量损耗的问题,在给定传统供应链协调与优化的基础上,本文研究了小农户如何分配自销与批发的产品量比例,以及如何确定自销产品的价格,以期在考虑质量损耗的情况下最大化自己的平均收益。研究表明:质量损耗存在时小农户的平均收益会减小,但质量损耗并不影响自销产品量和产品价格的最优决策;小农户的最优自销量和自销价格与质量损耗无关,但降低质量损耗会增加小农户的收益。数值仿真验证了本文研究结果的有效性,通过与现有研究[1]的对比揭示了质量损耗与最优决策和平均收益的关系,并提出了针对性的对策与建议。For the problem of quality loss of fresh agricultural products sold by scattered smallholder farmers in regional markets, this paper, based on the traditional coordination and optimization of supply chain, studies how smallholder farmers determine the proportion of self-selling and wholesale products, and how to decide the price of self-selling products, in order to maximize the average profit accounting for the quality loss. The results show that the average profit of smallholder farmers decreases when the quality loss exists, but the quality loss does not affect the optimal decision-making of the quantity and price of self-selling products;the optimal quantity and price have nothing to do with the quality loss, while the profit of smallholder farmers will increase as the level of quality loss decreases. Numerical simulations verify the results of this paper. The relationship between quality loss and optimal decision as well as average profit is revealed by comparing with the existing research. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also provided.
