摘 要:以黑大黛冠、黑大盛冠和1871-11为实验材料,采用低温处理、种皮木质素含量测定、种皮酶活性测定和种皮石蜡切片观察的方法,研究了低温对种皮木质素含量的影响和种皮木质素含量与种皮开裂之间的关系。结果表明:经过低温处理后的种皮中,木质素含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性都明显升高;开裂种皮的木质素含量、PAL和过氧化物酶(POD)活性明显高于正常种皮,木质素沉积的种皮中各细胞层更容易出现错位分离的现象。The effects of low temperature on the lignin content of seed coat and the relationship between the lignin content of seed coat and seed coat dehiscence were investigated by using low temperature treatment,determination of seed coat lignin content,determination of seed coat enzyme activity and observation of seed coat paraffin sections using Dai Guan,Sheng Guan and 1871-11 as experimental materials.The results showed that the lignin content and PAL activity were significantly higher in the seed coats treated with low temperature;the lignin content,PAL and POD enzyme activity of the dehiscent seed coats were significantly higher than those of the normal seed coats,and the lignin-deposited seed coats were more prone to the phenomenon of misalignment and separation of the cell layers.
