摘  要:基于经典内弹道理论建立了片状变燃速发射药的内弹道计算模型.基于该模型研究了片状变燃速发射药的外层药弧厚与药片弧厚之比、内外层火药燃速比、发射药外层火药力对内弹道性能的影响.并通过某型迫击炮对片状变燃速发射药试样进行了实际弹道实验.研究结果表明:该模型可以对片状变燃速发射药的内弹道性能参数进行有效预估;在兼顾膛压和初速的情况下,外层厚度与药片厚度之比应在0.3~0.4之间,内外层燃速比则应取0.2左右.该片状变燃速发射药满足某型迫击炮的内弹道性能指标,可以较好地运用于这种迫击炮.The interior ballistic calculation model of lamellar variable burning rate propellant was established based on the classical interior ballistic theory.Based on this model,the effects of the propellant thickness ratio of the outer layer to the total,the propellant burning rate ratio of the inner to outer layer,and the outer propellant force on the interior ballistic performance were studied.And the actual ballistic experiment was carried out on the sample of the lamellar variable burning rate propellant of a certain type of mortar.The results show that the model can effectively predict the interior ballistic performance of it.Meanwhile,it also shows that under the hypothesis of considering the bore pressure and initial velocity,the ratio of outer layer thickness to tablet thickness should be from 0.3 to 0.4 and the burning rate ratio of inner and outer layer should be about 0.2.The lamellar variable burning rate propellant meets the internal ballistic performance index of a certain type of mortar,and can be better used in this mortar.
