摘 要:在以往所推导的双层管状变燃速发射药理论计算公式的基础上,采用将发射药划分为不同质量分数的燃烧部分被渐次点燃的处理方法,对这种变燃速发射药的密闭爆发器实验曲线进行了模拟计算,研究了所划分燃烧部分的数目及各部分质量分数取值、外层药与内层药的燃速比、内层药的燃速系数等对所模拟计算的Γ-ψ曲线的影响.研究结果表明,采用这种模拟计算方法可以得到与密闭爆发器实验曲线较为相近的Γ-ψ理论模拟计算曲线,从而可为设计燃烧渐增性更加合理的变燃速发射药提供一种理论参考依据.Based on the previous derived theoretical calculating formula about tubular variable-burning-rate gun propellant with two layers,the closed-bomb test curve of this kind of gun propellant has been calculated in this paper using a simulation method in which the burning parts of propellants were regarded as being divided into different mass fractions and ignited gradually.The effects of the number of divided burning parts and their mass fraction values,the burning-rate ratio of outer layer and inner layer,the burning-rate coefficient of inner layer etc.on the calculatedΓ-ψsimulating curve were studied.The results of research show that the theoretical simulatedΓ-ψcurve computed by this method can be nearer to the closed-bomb tested curve,which can provide a theoretical reference for designing the variable-burning-rate gun propellant having more reasonable progressive combustibility.
