牛仔布中禁用偶氮染料测试中苯胺的检出及应对

摘　　要：牛仔服装流传已久,且市场庞大。选取具有代表性的传统蓝色牛仔布样品,参照GB/T 17592—2011进行禁用偶氮染料的检测。结果发现,牛仔布样品中苯胺的检出率较高,且颜色越深,苯胺的含量越高。当参照GB/T 23344—2009进一步检测确认是否存在可分解致癌芳香胺(4-氨基偶氮苯)时,发现少数样品中检出了4-氨基偶氮苯,这给相关生产企业和检测机构提出了风险警示。Denim clothing has been circulated for a long time,and its market is very big.Some representative samples of traditional blue denim were selected for the detection of forbidden azo dyes according to GB/T 17592—2011.The results showed that the detection rate of aniline was higher in denim samples,and the darker the color,the higher the content of aniline.When the above samples were further tested to confirm the presence of decomposing carcinogenic aromatic amines(4-aminoazobenzene)according to GB/T 23344—2009,it was found that 4-aminoazobenzene was detected in little number of samples.A risk warning was put forward to the relevant manufacturers and testing institutions.
