妇炎舒胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇炎舒胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗盆腔炎(PI)的临床疗效。方法:将80例PI患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予妇炎舒胶囊治疗。治疗12周后观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IL-1β、IL-10水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-1β、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎舒胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗PI可有效提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,改善机体炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyanshu capsules combined with levofloxacin tablets for pelvic inflammatory disease(PI).Methods:A total of 80 cases of PI patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Fuyanshu capsules based on the treatment of the control group.After 12-week treatment,clinical effect in the two groups was observed.Changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,as well as levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in serum before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,and 80.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-1βand IL-10 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Fuyanshu capsules combined with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of PI can effectively improve clinical effect,relieve clinical symptoms and improve inflammatory responses.
