摘　　要：食管癌作为临床常见难治恶性肿瘤之一,以进行性吞咽困难或胸骨后灼烧痛为主要表现,晚期甚至涎唾难入,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医认为该病得之七情六淫,遂有火热炎上之化,多升少降,津液不布,积而为痰为饮。胃脘干槁,其槁在上,近咽之下,水饮可行,食物难进,食亦不多。与胃为近,食虽可入,难尽入胃。王克穷主任强调经方本源剂量的应用,倡导从"益气化痰和胃"论治食管癌,重视药物的量效关系及不同剂型的毒性研究,在临床上治疗食管癌等病症,效果显著。Esophageal cancer is one of the most common refractory malignancies in clinical practice.The main manifestations of esophageal cancer are progressive dysphagia or retrosternal burning pain.In advanced stage,patients even feel difficult in swallowing drool and saliva,which seriously affects their quality of life.It is believed in Chinese medicine that the pathogenesis of the disease is the seven emotions and six pathogenic factors,so there is fire-heat flaming upward;the ascending of qi movement is more than the descending of it,causing the impairment of body fluid distribution and then resulting in the body fluids accumulating and developing into turbid phlegm and water.The body fluids in the stomach cavity dries up and the disease location is at the top near the lower part of pharynx;water can pass through,but the food cannot pass through easily,and patients do not eat much.The disease location is near to the stomach,so even though solid food can be swallowed,it is difficult to reach the stomach.Director WANG Keqiong emphasizes the application of the original dose of the prescription,advocated the treatment of esophageal cancer from"tonifying qi,resolving phlegm and harmonizing the stomach",and paid much attention to the dose-effect relationship of herbs and the toxicity study of different prepareations,so as to achieve remarkable effects in the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer and other diseases.
