摘  要:本文研究对象为叶蛇纹石微纳米粉体,从以下几个方面开展:(1)表征方面,明确了叶蛇纹石的晶体结构。(2)在热活化改性方面,依照做出的差热—热重曲线,确定设计850℃改性温度实验(3)利用X射线粉晶衍射仪探究其相变产物。(4)在摩擦性能测试实验方面,对样品进行了摩擦性能评价。实验所得出其850℃发生相变使其减摩性能降低的结论,对工业生产生活方面起到一定的理论支持指导。The research object of this paper is Serpentine Micro/Nano powders,which is carried out from the following aspects:(1)In terms of characterization,the crystal structure of Chrysotile is clarified.(2)In terms of thermal activation modification,in accordance with the differential thermal-thermogravimetric curve,the design of the 850℃modification temperature experiment was determined.(3)The X-ray powder crystal diffractometer was used to explore the phase change products.(4)In terms of the friction performance test experiment,the sample was evaluated for the friction performance.The experiment concluded that its phase change at 850℃reduces its antifriction performance,which provides a certain theoretical support and guidance for industrial production and life.
