摘 要:本文通过吸水量分析和电化学表征系统研究了热处理温度对高压铝电解电容器用阳极箔特性的影响。结果表明,热处理对阳极箔氧化膜结构影响很大,温度低于300℃时氧化膜主要经历结构水的脱除,容易产生裂痕,而温度高于300℃时氧化膜生长占主要贡献。裂痕的毛细作用强化了水分的吸附,导致热处理温度在250℃时,阳极箔吸水量最大。另外,随着热处理温度增加,障壁层氧化膜越厚,对水合作用的抑制作用越显著。The effect of heat treatment temperature on the property of anode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors was studied by water absorption analysis and electrochemical characterization.The results show that the heat treatment has a great influence on the oxide film structure of anode foil.When the temperature is lower than 300℃,the oxide film mainly undergoes the removal of structural water and is prone to generate cracks.Whereas the temperature is higher than 300℃,the growth of the oxide film is the predominant contribution.The capillary effect of the cracks strengthens the adsorption of water,resulting in the maximum water absorption of the anode foil at the heat treatment temperature of 250℃.In addition,as the heat treatment temperature increases,the barrier layer oxide film becomes thicker,and the hydration process is suppressed more significantly.
