摘  要:目的:研究羟丙基倍他环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合芩香清解口服液中广藿香挥发油的最佳包合工艺。方法:以包合物含油率和挥发油利用率的综合评分作为评价指标,采用正交试验法优化包合工艺,并利用气相色谱、红外光谱和X射线衍射法、对其进行包合物验证。结果:包合物最佳制备工艺:包合温度35℃,包合时间为2.5h,广藿香挥发油︰HP-β-CD=1︰12。包合物经验证后发现HP-β-CD结构和挥发油成分在包合前后无明显变化。结论:按优选工艺验证,挥发油被包合形成稳定的包合物,且具有包合率高、工艺稳定、易溶于口服液等优点。Objective:To study the best inclusion process of the pogostemon cablin essential oil from Qinxiang Qingjie oral liquid with hydroxypropyl betacyl dextrin(HP-β-CD).Methods:The process conditions were screened by determining the inclusion rate of volatile oils and the yield of inclusion compound.Orthogonal design test was used to optimize the inclusion process,and the structure of the inclusion compound was characterized by GC,X-ray diffraction and IR.Results:the best preparation process of inclusion compound was as follows:the inclusion temperature was 35℃,the inclusion time was 2.5 hours,and the volatile oil of patchouli︰HP-β-CD=1︰12.The inclusion compound was formed and the composition of the volatile oil had no obvious change after inclusion.Conclusion:According to the optimized process,The complex prepared under the optimized process is stable,and that has the advantages of the highest inclusion rate,stable inclusion process and easily soluble in oral liquid.
