摘　　要：声发射检测技术检测常压金属储罐底板,无需停工停产,检测时间短、费用低,对生产影响小,在常压储罐定期检测中获得了大量应用。介绍了声发射的概念、声发射检测原理及特点,综述了立式圆筒形常压金属储罐底板的失效模式及有效声源,分析总结了储罐底板声发射检测技术流程及应用注意事项,希望为立式圆筒形常压金属储罐底板声发射检测技术应用提供参考。Acoustic emission testing technology is widely used in the regular testing of atmospheric steel storage tank bottom because of its short test time,low cost and little impact on production.In this paper,the concept of acoustic emission,the principle and feature of acoustic emission testing were introduced.The failure mode and acoustic source of vertical cylindrical atmospheric pressure metal storage tank bottom were summarized.The operation steps and points for attention of application of tank bottom acoustic emission testing were analyzed and summarized.It is hoped to provide reference for the application of vertical cylindrical atmospheric pressure metal storage tank bottom acoustic emission testing.
