摘　　要：本文中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药总量是指分子结构中含二硫代氨基甲酰基的农药分解产生二硫化碳的总量,以代森锰锌计。土壤样品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药在氯化亚锡和酸介质下反应生成二硫化碳,生成的二硫化碳溶解在萃取剂异辛烷中,利用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行测试,根据测得的二硫化碳的量计算二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药的总量。The total amount of dithiocarbamate pesticides here refers to the total amount of carbon disulfide produced by decomposition of pesticides containing dithioneline methyl in molecular structure to produce carbon disulfide.In soil samples,disulfide-type pesticides reacted under tin chloride&acid media to produce carbon disulfide.Carbon disulfide dissolved in isooctane.The extracted solution was analyzed by GC/MS.The content of Dithiocarbamate pesticides was calculated based on the measured amount of carbon disulfide.
