摘　　要：通过一清颗粒及相关制剂质量标准研究,发现该药收载于各个版本的药品标准中且各版标准中质量控制要求基本没有变化,由于药典中对该药质量控制的指标性成分只规定黄芩中的黄芩苷,故查阅相关文献补充对大黄和黄连的指标性成分检测。一清颗粒及相关制剂临床上可用于治疗带状疱疹、痤疮、口腔溃疡、上呼吸道感染、牙周炎、口腔扁平苔藓、神经内科便秘、肛周脓肿、热毒证、流感和高血压等多种疾病。Through the study of quality standards of Yiqing granules and related preparations,it was found that Yiqing granules was included in various versions of drug standards,and the quality control requirements in each version of standards basically did not change.Because the quality control of Yiqing granules in Pharmacopoeia only stipulated baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis,the relevant literature was consulted to supplement the detection of index components of Rheum palmatum and Coptis chinensis.Yiqing granules and related preparations are mainly used in the treatment of herpes zoster,acne,oral ulcer,upper respiratory infection,periodontitis,oral lichen planus,constipation in neurology department,perianal abscess,heat-toxin syndrome,influenza and hypertension.
