摘　　要：介绍了无料钟炉顶设备的组成和基本原理,分析了设备在使用过程中常见问题和处理方法。从两个方面重点研究气密箱等核心设备的修复技术:一方面通过更换零件、返修进行功能恢复;另一方面通过技术优化改进来提高设备性能。文章为钢铁公司提供了无料钟炉顶设备修复的基本依据和参考。This paper introduces the composition and basic principle of bell-less top equipment,and analyzes the common problems and treatment methods in the process of using bell-less top equipment. This paper technology of the core equipment such as the airtight box is discussed from two aspect: on the one hand,function recovery is carried out by replacing parts and repairable,on the other hand,equipment performance is improved by technical optimization. The article provides the basic basis and reference for iron and steel company to the repair of bell-less top equipment.
