钻杆接头堆焊耐磨带组织性能分析

摘  要:为了解决国内钻杆接头堆焊耐磨带的耐磨及减磨性能差及国外在该领域技术垄断等问题,通过堆焊实验将自主研发的钻杆接头堆焊耐磨带合金焊材与国外该领域高端合金焊材熔覆金属的金相组织、硬度、耐磨性等综合性能进行对比,实验结果表明:自主研发的Cr5系列合金焊材堆焊的钻杆接头耐磨带的综合性能优于进口焊材,解决了国内钻杆接头堆焊耐磨带的质量短板,打破了技术封锁,可进行推广应用。In order to solve the problems of poor wear-resistance and wear-reducing performance of hardfacing strip for drill pipe joints in China and technical monopoly of foreign countries in this field,by overlaying welding experiments,the comprehensive properties such as metallographic structure,hardness and wear resistance of the cladding metal of the self-developed Alloy overlaying welding strip for drill pipe joints are compared with those of the high-end alloy welding materials in this field abroad, the experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of the wear-resistant strip of drill pipe joint welded by CR5 series alloy surfacing welding material developed independently is better than that of the imported welding material,which solves the quality short board of the wear-resistant strip welded by drill pipe joint in China and breaks the technical blockade,can carry on the promotion application.
