摘　　要：首先对目前国内ESP生产线的现有情况、产品特点以及ESP产品深加工处理线的配置情况进行了简单介绍;详细介绍了平整机组对热轧黑卷的板形控制能力及处理效果、机组配置情况及性能特点、存在的问题及解决方案;对传统热轧黑卷平整机组和配套ESP的连续平整机组进行对比分析;为该行业热轧黑卷平整设备的选型提供一定的参考。Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of domestic ESP production lines;product characteristics and configuration of ESP product deep processing lines;The flatness control capability and treatment effect of the skin pass mill for hot rolled black coils;the configuration and performance characteristics of the mill;the existing problems and solutions are introduced in detail. The traditional hot rolled black coils skin pass mill and the continuous skin pass mill equipped with ESP are compared and analyzed. It provides a certain reference for the selection of hot rolled black coils skin pass equipment in this industry.
