摘  要:针对某镀锡板厂的连续退火机组和电镀锡机组使用的旋杯式静电涂油机,在生产中的板面油斑及油雾逸散情况,展开深入的调查和研究;从生产现场入手,结合生产工艺,梳理工作状况,并从设备控制系统本身着眼,运用电场学和空气动力学的相关原理,对油斑及油雾逸散现象进行解析,对无干扰收集方式进行了研究,改进内部"授电"结构,设计了静电吸附改善方案并对应用结果进行了数据统计评估。In this paper,a thorough investigation and study is carried out on the oil mist escape from the Rotary Cup electrostatic oiler used in the continuous annealing line and the electrotinning line of a tinplate factory,starting from the production site and combining with the production process,combing the working conditions,and from the point of view of the equipment control system itself,using the relevant principles of electric field science and aerodynamics,the escape phenomenon is analyzed,improving the internal power giving structure,and the noninterference collection method is studied,the improvement scheme of electrostatic adsorption was designed and the application results were statistically evaluated.
