摘　　要：外购焦由于各种因素造成含水量大影响高炉正常生产是炼铁行业待解决的热点问题,本文以2019年梅钢炼铁厂利用现有生产及设施增加焦炭烘干系统为例,简要论述了高炉外购焦烘干工艺及目前的运行情况。实践表明,外购焦烘干效果明显,有效降低了焦炭水分,为高炉正常生产提供有力保障。Due to the influence of various factors,the moisture content of purchased coke is large,which affects the normal production of blast furnace,which is a hot issue to be solved in ironmaking industry. Taking the coke drying system of Meishan Iron and steel company ’s existing production equipment added in 2019 as an example,the drying process and current operation of coke purchased from blast furnace are briefly discussed. The practice shows that the drying effect of purchased coke is obvious,and the moisture content of coke is effectively reduced,which provides a strong guarantee for the normal production of blast furnace.
