摘 要:热轧卷取机卷筒的位置可靠性对生产稳定性和卷形质量至关重要。本文以梅钢1780热轧热轧卷取机卷筒外支撑装置为研究对象,通过分析该型地下卷取机卷筒外支撑机构在使用过程中出现的问题,探讨其结构设计上存在的缺陷及其影响,提出对该型卷筒外支撑装置的改进方案,现场实施后成功的解决了该类问题,提高了卷取机生产的安全性和可靠性和稳定性。The position reliability of the coiler drum is very important to the production stability and coil shape quality. This paper takes the outboard support device of downcoiler of 1780 hot rolling mill in Meishan Iron and Steel Co. as the research object. By analyzing the problems in the use of the outboard support mechanism of this type of down coiler,the defects in its structural design and their influence are discussed. The improvement scheme for the outboard support device of the coiler is proposed. After the site implementation,such problems are successfully solved and the production of the coiler is improved Safety,reliability and stability.
