摘　　要：本文通过对1例晚期壶腹癌阿片耐受患者癌痛合并神经病理性疼痛治疗的病例介绍与分析,探索如何依据患者疼痛控制情况,调整止痛药物治疗方案,及时解决出现的问题,使患者有效控制疼痛,提高生活质量。Through the introduction and analysis of a case of cancer pain combined with neuropathic pain in a patient with opioid tolerance for advanced ampullary carcinoma,this paper explored how to adjust the analgesic drug treatment according to the patient′s pain control situation,and solve the problems in time,so as to effectively control the pain and improve the quality of life of the patient.
