摘　　要：目的探讨复方冰甲乳膏的药效学。方法采用试管法测定复方冰甲乳膏对玫瑰毛癣菌、犬小孢子菌和絮状表皮癣菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度,观察其抗模型豚鼠真菌感染的作用;采用耳廓肿胀法及足跖肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;采用磷酸组胺法观察其止痒作用。结果复方冰甲乳膏对体外真菌具有抑制和杀灭作用,能明显缩小感染模型豚鼠皮损部位面积;对二甲苯致炎模型小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用;对角叉菜胶致炎模型大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用;能明显提高磷酸组胺致痒模型豚鼠致痒阈。结论复方冰甲乳膏具有杀菌、抑菌、抗炎、止痒作用。Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamics of Compound Bingjia Cream.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Compound Bingjia Cream against Trichophyton roseum,Microsporum canis and Epidermophyton floccus were determined by tube method,and the effect of Compound Bingjia Cream against fungal infection in guinea pigs was observed.The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by auricle swelling and plantar swelling.The antipruritic effect was observed by the Histamine phosphate method.Results Compound Bingjia Cream could inhibit and kill bacteria in vitro,and could significantly reduce the area of skin lesions in infected guinea pigs.It could obviously inhibit the ear swelling of inflammatory model mice induced by xylene,could significantly inhibit the paw swelling of inflammatory model rats induced by carrageenan,and could significantly increase the itch threshold of sensitized guinea pigs induced by histamine phosphate.Conclusion Compound Bingjia Cream has bactericidal,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.
