摘 要:本文结合我国航空医疗救援发展现状,分析了构建空地一体化航空医疗救援体系应用需求,提出了空地一体化医疗救援体系架构、MERRS(mission environment response time region of service and safe assurance)评价模型及空地一体化医疗救援体系构建关键技术,以航空医疗救护为切入点,分析空地一体化医疗救援体系运行模式及特点,通过蒙西巴彦淖尔市空地一体化医疗救援应用实施案例,验证了体系架构的可行性及合理性,利用MERRS模型对其应用效果进行评价分析。Combined with the development status of aviation medical rescue in China,the application requirements of building the air-ground integrated medical rescue architecture are analyzed.The air-ground integrated medical rescue architecture,the mission environment response time region of service and safe assurance( MERRS) model and key technologies are proposed. And the operation mode and characteristics of air-ground integrated medical rescue architecture are expounded based on the aviation medical aid. The feasibility and rationality of the architecture is verified by the implementation case of air-ground integrated medical rescue application in Bayannur,Inner Mongolia. The application effect was evaluated by using the MERRS model.
