痛泻要方破壁饮片及其传统饮片对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的比较痛泻要方破壁饮片及其传统饮片对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩的抑制作用。方法采用离体小肠平滑肌测定方法,观察不同质量浓度(0.30,1.00,3.00,6.00,12.00,24.00,36.00,48.00,60.00μg/m L)的痛泻要方破壁饮片溶液(痛泻要方破壁饮片组)与其传统饮片溶液(痛泻要方传统饮片组)对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌自主收缩张力、频率和振幅的影响,以用药前(0μg/m L)的收缩情况作空白对照。结果与痛泻要方传统饮片组比较,当给药质量浓度不低于36.00μg/m L时,痛泻要方破壁饮片组大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩张力的抑制作用显著增强,且呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05);当给药质量浓度不低于0.30μg/m L时,痛泻要方破壁饮片组大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩频率、振幅的抑制作用均显著增强,且呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论痛泻要方破壁饮片及其传统饮片均可抑制大鼠离体小肠平滑肌的收缩作用,且破壁饮片的效果优于传统饮片。Objective To compare the inhibitory effect of Tongxie Yaofang cell wall-broken pieces and its traditional decoction pieces on the contraction of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rats.Methods The method of measuring the smooth muscle of isolated small intestine was used to observe the effects of different concentrations of Tongxieyaofang cell wall-broken pieces solution(0.30,1.00,3.00,6.00,12.00,24.00,36.00,48.00,60.00μg/m L,Tongxieyaofang cell wall-broken pieces group)and traditional decoction pieces solution(Tongxieyaofang traditional decoction pieces group)on the spontaneous contraction tension,frequency and amplitude of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle of rats with the contraction tension before administration(0μg/m L)as the control.Results Compared with the Tongxieyaofang traditional decoction pieces,the inhibitory effect of Tongxieyaofang cell wall-broken pieces on the contraction tension of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle was significantly enhanced in a dose-dependent manner when its concentration was not less than 36.00μg/m L,the inhibitory effect of Tongxieyaofang cell wall-broken pieces on the contractile frequency and amplitude of isolated rat small intestinal smooth muscle was significantly enhanced in a dose-dependent manner when its concentration was not less than 0.30μg/m L(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxie Yaofang cell wall-broken pieces and its traditional decoction pieces can inhibit the contraction of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in rats,and the inhibitory effect of the former is better than that of the latter.
