摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效和安全性。方法选取重庆市精神卫生中心2017年9月至2018年10月收治的6~14岁抽动障碍患儿70例,随机分为对照组(单用阿立哌唑)和研究组(阿立哌唑联合重复经颅磁刺激),均治疗8周。结果两组患儿的耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分,治疗前和治疗2周时相当(P>0.05);研究组治疗4周和8周时明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周和4周时的有效率和副反应量表(TESS)评分相当(P>0.05);研究组治疗8周时的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TESS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合重复经颅磁刺激能有效改善儿童抽动障碍症状,疗效优于单用阿立哌唑。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods A total of 70 children with tic disorder aged 6-14 years old in the Chongqing Mental Health Center from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(treated with aripiprazole alone)and the study group(treated with aripiprazole combined with rTMS).Both groups were treated for eight weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the Yale Comprehensive Tourette Severity Scale(YGTSS)score between the two groups before and after two weeks of treatment(P>0.05).After four and eight weeks of treatment,the YGTSS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)score between the two groups were similar after two and four weeks of treatment(P>0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the TESS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with rTMS can effectively improve syndrome of the tic disorder in children,and its curative effect is better than that of aripiprazole alone.
