摘 要:近年来,随着世界各国综合国力和科学技术水平的不断提高,球罐的制造水平也正在迅速发展。对于球壳板的几何尺寸计算方面,计算方法已经成熟而且较为精确,但对于球壳板重量计算方面仍然采用常规的计算方法,存在一定的误差且计算麻烦,这给球罐材料利用率及经济性计算带来很大困难。本文以1000m^(3)球罐为例,简述利用CAD三维实体方法分割球壳板及其他应用,能快速准确地进行设计计算。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength and the level of science and technology of all countries in the world,the manufacturing level of spherical tank is also developing rapidly.For the calculation of the geometric size of spherical shell plate,the calculation method has been mature and more accurate,but for the calculation of the weight of spherical shell plate is still using the conventional calculation method,there are some errors and calculation trouble,which brings great difficulties to the calculation of the spherical tank material utilization rate and economic efficiency.Taking 1000m3 spherical tank as an example,this paper briefly describes the use of CAD 3D solid method to segment the spherical shell plate and other applications,which can be designed and calculated quickly and accurately.
