摘  要:优化阳极炭块结构是降低阳极毛耗的一种有效措施,是实现铝电解企止降本增效的重要途径某铝电解企业首先进行了阳极炭块结构优化的经济分析,通过增加炭块高度、优化炭块顶部形状、降低碳碗深度等措施优化阳极炭块结构,并采用仿真计算对优化后阳极炭块的使用效果进行了分析,确定了优化方案。阳极炭块结构优化后开展了工业实践,结合提高生产作业质量,阳极使用周期延长,铝电解能耗基本不变,电流效率提高0.10%,阳极毛耗降低12kg/t-Al,为企业产生了可观的经济效益。Optimizing anode block structure is an effective measure to reduce anode gross consumption and an important way to reduce cost and increase benefit in aluminum electrolysis smelter.The economic analysis of anode block structure optimization was carried out.The anode block structure was optimized by increasing the height of carbon block,optimizing the shape of the top,and reducing the depth of stub hole.The application effect of the optimized anode block was analyzed by simulation calculation,and the optimization scheme was determined.After the anode block optimization,the industrial practice was carried out.Combined with the improvement of operation quality,the anode service cycle was extended,the energy consumption of aluminum electrolysis was basically unchanged,the current efficiency was increased by 0.10%,and the anode gross consumption was reduced by 12kg/t-Al,which produced considerable economic benefits for the smelter.
