基于正交试验设计的我国跨界创业企业共享性资源对经济绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：共享性资源的合理利用对跨界创业有着重要的影响.本文以利润增长率为经济绩效指标进行广义正交试验,并对试验结果进行部分正交多项式回归分析,研究跨界创业企业的共享性资源规模和共享性资源协同度对经济绩效的影响规律.结果表明,跨界创业企业享有的共享性客户资源规模以及可供调配的金融流通资本规模与经济绩效呈倒U型关系;市场通路布局规模对经济绩效起负向影响,而共享性客户资源规模和市场通路布局规模的交互作用对经济绩效具有显著的正向影响;共享性资源协同度对跨界创业企业的经济绩效起显著正向作用,而其中的技术资源协同度和市场资源协同度的交互作用对经济绩效起反向影响.本研究为跨界创业企业充分利用资源以提升经济绩效和促进企业的可持续发展提供了建议.Rational utilization of shared resources has an important impact on transboundary entrepreneurship.This paper adopts general experimental design and takes the profit growth rate as the index of economic performance as the experimental index and implements an orthogonal experiment and then carries out on the partial orthogonal polynomial regression design on the experimental results and discusses the influential rules of shared resource scale and shared resource synergy on economic performance of transboundary entrepreneurship ventures.The result suggests that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between economic performance and shared customer resources and the scale of capital in financial circulation of transboundary entrepreneurship ventures;the scale of market access layout has negative influence on economic performance.However,the interaction between the scale of shared customer resources and the scale of market access layout has a significant positive impact on economic performance;shared resource synergy has a significant positive effect on the economic performance of transboundary entrepreneurial ventures,while the interaction between technological resource synergy and market resource synergy has a negative effect on the economic performance.This paper provides suggestions for transboundary entrepreneurial firms to make full of resources to improve economic performance and promote sustainable development of ventures.
