豪华邮轮消防系统的总体方案分析

摘　　要：以75000 GT豪华邮轮为项目背景,研究豪华邮轮的消防系统。通过分析规范中不同处所对消防系统的要求,建立消防系统的总体方案。在此方案的基础上,搭建主消防系统和固定式灭火系统。分析主消防系统设备的搭建、管系的布置,以及实现安全返港和有序撤离的方式;分析各型船用固定式灭火系统的适用性、机器处所和风道的固定式灭火系统的冗余方案、设备的搭建、管系的布置,以及实现安全返港的方式。消防系统采用冗余方案进行设计,对局部系统进行保护,通过隔离方式满足设计要求。该方案提高了消防系统的可靠性以及豪华邮轮的安全性。Taking the 75000 GT luxury cruise ship as the project background,the fire-fighting system of luxury cruise is studied.By analyzing the requirements of different places in the code for the fire-fighting system,the overall scheme of the fire-fighting system is established.On the basis of the scheme,the main fire-fighting system and the fixed fire-fighting system are built.The construction of the main fire-fighting system equipment,the layout of the piping system,and the ways of SRtP(Safe Return to Port)and orderly evacuation are analyzed.The fixed system analyzes the applicability of various types of the fixed fire-fighting system,the redundancy scheme of the fixed fire-fighting system for machinery spaces and air ducts,equipment construction,piping arrangement and the way of SRtP.The fire-fighting system is designed with a redundant scheme to protect the local system and meet the design requirements by isolation.The solution improves the reliability of the fire-fighting system and the safety of luxury cruise.
