摘 要:针对电子商务生态系统内部各种群之间信息流、资金流和物流中存在的不平衡现象,分析了电子商务生态系统内部客户信息泄露、各主体间信息不对称、合作程度低、信用体系不健全、物流效率低和资金流转速率低等问题。区块链技术为解决以上问题提供了可靠的途径。文章结合区块链的技术特征,探讨区块链背景下如何实现电子商务生态平衡和系统演化。根据电子商务生态系统内部存在的问题提出三条演化路径:即基于信息有效性,打造全通道式信息沟通系统;去除中心节点,构建安全高效的价值转移路径;克服物流信息盲区,打造透明高效的智慧物流。以此为区块链背景下我国电子商务的发展提供参考。In view of the imbalance of information flow,capital flow and logistics among various groups in the e-commerce ecosystem,this paper analyzes the problems of customer information leakage,information asymmetry among various subjects,low degree of cooperation,unsound credit system,low logistics efficiency and low rate of capital flow in the e-commerce ecosystem. Blockchain technology provides a reliable way to solve the above problems. Combined with the technical characteristics of blockchain,this paper discusses how to realize the ecological balance and system evolution of e-commerce under the background of blockchain. According to the internal problems of e-commerce ecosystem,this paper puts forward three evolution paths: to build a full channel information communication system based on information effectiveness;to remove the central node and build a safe and efficient value transfer path,and to overcome the blind area of logistics information and create a transparent and efficient intelligent logistics. This provides an important reference for the development of e-commerce in China under the background of blockchain.
