摘　　要：地下水封洞库工程较地面储库具有安全性能高、运营管理费用低、使用寿命长等优点。以湛江地下水封石油洞库工程防渗堵漏灌浆施工为依托,介绍了新型化学灌浆泵在地下水封洞库工程施工的应用,采用了新型化学灌浆泵嵌入式系统控制专用驱动器。样机试验结果表明:灌浆压力控制精度高,长时间保持稳压渗透化学灌浆,可有效发挥浆材作用,施工效率高,且能满足防渗堵漏加固补强化学灌浆施工需求。Compared with the surface storage,the underground water sealed cavern has the advantages of high safety performance,low operation and management cost,and long service life.Based on the anti-seepage grouting construction of Zhanjiang underground oil cavern project,this paper introduces the application of new chemical grouting pump in underground water sealed cavern reservoir project.The new type of chemical grouting pump adopts embedded special system control driver.The test result showed that the pump has high grouting pressure control accuracy,long-time and stable seepage chemical grouting pressure,high construction efficiency,and can effectively play the role of grouting material and meet the construction requirements of anti-seepage,blocking leak and of chemical grouting reinforcement works.
