小儿哮喘间歇期实施健康管理措施的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析小儿哮喘间歇期实施健康管理措施的价值。方法选择2017年7月—2019年4月我院收治的小儿哮喘患儿78例,根据间歇期治疗方案,将患者分为健康组(n=39,健康管理)和一般组(n=39,常规治疗),随访1年,比较两组疾病认知度评分及管理规范率、治疗有效率。结果管理前两组患儿家属疾病认知评分差异无统计学意义,管理后健康组疾病认知评分高于一般组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),健康组管理规范率相比于一般组(P<0.05),健康组患儿治疗后显效的共23例,有效的共14例,无效的共2例,有效率为94.87%;一般组患儿治疗后显效的共13例,有效的共18例,无效的共8例,有效率为79.49%,健康组患儿治疗有效率(94.87%)高于一般组(79.49%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将健康管理措施引入小儿哮喘间歇期,促进患儿的恢复,同时提高患儿的治疗有效率,治疗有效性较高。Objective To explore the value of health management in children with asthma during intermittent period.Methods From July 2017 to April 2019,78 children with asthma in our hospital were selected.According to the intermittent treatment plan,the patients were divided into health group(n=39,health management)and general group(n=39,routine treatment).Results There was no significant difference in the disease cognitive score between the two groups before management,and the disease cognitive score of the healthy group after management was higher than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the management standard rate of the health group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05),the effective rate of children in the health group was 23 cases,14 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 94.87%;the effective rate of children in the general group was 13 cases,18 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 79.49%,the effective rate of children in the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management measures are introduced into the intermittent period of children with asthma to promote the recovery of children,improve the treatment efficiency of children,treatment effectiveness is higher.
