不同肠内营养方式在神经外科重症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究与分析不同肠内营养方式对神经外科重症患者营养状态及并发症的影响。方法选取我院自2018年3月—2020年3月收治的神经外科重症患者80例,采取随机数字表发分为常规组与序贯组,每组各40例,常规组给予常规肠内营养,序贯组给予序贯肠内营养,对比两组患者营养状态以及并发症的发生率。结果两组治疗后与治疗前相比血清总蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白及前白蛋白水平均升高,序贯组与常规组相比上述指标升高更加显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。序贯组与常规组相比并发症发生率较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯肠内营养相比于常规肠内营养应用于神经外科重症患者中能够有效的改善营养状态,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of different enteral nutritional methods on nutritional status and complications of severe neurosurgery patients Methods 80 patients with severe neurosurgery who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into a conventional group and a sequential group by random number presentation.Each group had 40 cases.Nutrition,the sequential group was given sequential enteral nutrition,comparing the nutritional status and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total serum protein,transferrin,hemoglobin,and prealbumin levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment.The sequential group was more significantly increased than the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant significance(P<0.05).The sequential group had a lower complication rate than the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential enteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status and reduce the incidence of complications compared with conventional enteral nutrition in neurosurgery critical patients.
