摘　　要：目的探讨女性2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy水平对骨密度及相关临床指标的影响。方法选择2019年1—12月在我院住院治疗的女性2型糖尿病患者300例,根据血清同型半胱氨酸水平分为高水平Hcy组、中水平Hcy组和正常Hcy组,比较不同Hcy水平相关临床指标的影响,评价骨密度、骨代谢指标、糖代谢指标,脂代谢指标等与同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性。结果三组患者的空腹血糖、C肽、Ca、IP、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者的Vit D、HbA1c、UA、BMI、BMD水平组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆Hcy水平(OR=1.209)是骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的危险因素;2型糖尿病患者Hcy水平与BMD、Vit D、HbA1c、UA、BMI有相关性,Hcy水平增高,维生素D水平低,BMI低、BMD水平低,呈负相关;Hcy水平高,HbA1c水平高,UA水平高,呈正相关。结论血浆Hcy水平是BMD的危险因素,同时Hcy水平与BMD、Vit D,HbA1c、UA、BMI均有相关性,为临床今后的诊疗提供一定参考依据。Objective To explore the effect of serum Hcy level on bone mineral density and related clinical indicators in female patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Choose 300 female type 2 diabetic patients who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2019,and were divided into high-level Hcy group,middle-level Hcy group and normal Hcy group according to serum homocysteine level,and compare different Hcy.The impact of clinical indicators related to the level to evaluate the correlation between bone mineral density,bone metabolism indicators,sugar metabolism indicators,lipid metabolism indicators and homocysteine levels.Results The fasting blood glucose,C-peptide,Ca,IP,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels of the three groups of patients were not significantly different and not statistically significant(P>0.05);Vit D,HbA1c,UA,BMI and BMD levels were significantly different between the groups and had statistical significance(P<0.05);plasma Hcy level(OR=1.209)was a risk factor for BMD;In patients with type 2 diabetes,Hcy levels are correlated with BMD,Vit D,HbA1c,UA,and BMI.Increased Hcy levels,low vitamin D levels,low BMI index,and low BMD levels are negatively correlated;high Hcy levels,high HbA1c levels,and UA.The level is high and positively correlated.Conclusion Plasma Hcy level is a risk factor for BMD.At the same time,Hcy level is related to BMD,Vit D,HbA1c,UA,and BMI,which provides a certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.
