中药沐足对小儿风寒型感冒发热症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究中药沐足对小儿风寒型感冒发热症状的临床效果。方法风寒型感冒发热患儿作为本次研究对象,共收集60例,按就诊时间先后入组,其中30例施予中药沐足治疗、30例施予常规对症处理,比较和分析两组各项指标。结果对照组2 h、4 h、6 h体温情况不及观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组风寒型感冒发热患儿发热消失时间(20.12±1.32)h、流涕消失时间(35.16±1.57)h、咳嗽消失时间(40.21±1.32)h、寒战消失时间(10.21±1.02)h优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组风寒型感冒发热患儿口服退热剂的次数(6.21±1.32)次、间隔时间(4.03±1.03)h与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中药沐足对小儿风寒型感冒发热症状具有改善作用,且能够使其体温恢复正常。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Muzu on children with cold and fever.Methods Children with wind-cold type cold and fever were selected as the subjects of this study,a total of 60 cases were collected,and they were enrolled in groups according to the time of treatment.Among them,30 cases were given traditional Chinese medicine for foot treatment and 30 cases were given conventional symptomatic treatment.Comparison and analysis of each group indicators.Results The temperature of the control group was less than that of the observation group at 2 h,4 h,and 6 h,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group,the fever disappeared time(20.12±1.32)h,runny nose disappeared time(35.16±1.57)h,cough disappeared time(40.21±1.32)h,chills disappeared time(10.21±1.02)h were better control group,P<0.05.There were differences in the number of oral antipyretics(6.21±1.32)and interval time(4.03±1.03)h between the observation group and children with cold and fever in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion The Chinese medicine Muzu can obviously improve the symptoms of cold and fever in children,and it can restore its body temperature to normal.
