摘　　要：目的探讨医养结合服务模式对居家养老生命质量、心理和高血压控制的影响。方法纳入208例居家养老的高血压老人,随机分为研究组和对照组各104例,对照组老人提供常规居家养老护理服务,研究组老人在常规居家养老护理服务的基础上给以医养结合服务模式,比较12个月后两组老人的生命质量健康调查量表(SF-36)评分,(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及高血压控制总有效率。结果干预12个月后,研究组老人的SF-36的8项维度PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE和MH均高于对照组,P<0.05;入组12个月后,研究组SDS评分(34.32±5.32)分和SAS评分(31.16±7.27)分,均低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组老人高血压控制总有效率93.27%,高于对照组63.46%,P<0.05。结论医养结合服务模式提高居家养老的老人生命质量,改善其焦虑、抑郁状态,且提高高血压的控制总有效率。Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing service model on the quality of life,psychology and hypertension control in home care for the elderly.Methods A total of 208 hypertensive elderly people at home were included.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 104 cases each group.The control group old people provided routine home care services.The study group elders were given medical care on the basis of conventional home care services.Based on the service model,the quality of life and health questionnaire(SF-36)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-depression scale(SDS),and the total effective rate of hypertension control were compared between the two groups after 12 months.Results After 12 months of intervention,the 8 dimensions PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,and MH of SF-36 in the elderly in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;12 months after enrollment later,the SDS score(34.32±5.32)and the SAS score(31.16±7.27)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;the total effective rate of hypertension control in the study group was 93.27%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 63.46%,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined medical and nursing service model significantly improves the quality of life of elderly people living at home,improves their anxiety and depression,and significantly increases the effective rate of hypertension control.
