摘　　要：目的分析PICC置管穿刺点感染采用银离子抗菌敷料的有效性。方法选择我院2019年6月—2020年6月PICC置管穿刺点感染患者共100例,随机分两组每组50例,对照组的患者给予洗必泰敷料治疗,观察组给予银离子抗菌敷料治疗。比较两组PICC置管穿刺点红肿症状消失时间、感染部位伤口愈合时间、总换药次数、总有效率。结果观察组PICC置管穿刺点红肿症状消失时间、感染部位伤口愈合时间、总换药次数低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论PICC置管穿刺点感染采用银离子抗菌敷料治疗效果确切,可减少总换药次数,加速症状消失和提高治疗的效果。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of silver ion antibacterial dressing for infection at the puncture point of PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 100 patients with infection at the puncture point of PICC catheterization in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with chlorhexidine dressing and the observation group were treated with silver ion antibacterial dressing.The disappearance time of infection symptoms,the healing time,the times of dressing change and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups at the puncture point of PICC catheterization.Results The disappearance time of infection symptoms,the healing time and the times of changing dressing at the puncture point of PICC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Silver ion antibacterial dressing is effective in the treatment of PICC puncture point infection,which can reduce the time of dressing change,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
