摘　　要：工艺管线建造质量影响着整个海洋工程装备运行的安全性与使用寿命。压力试验作为工艺管线建造安装过程中最重要的检验环节,其成功实施对整个管线系统完善、调试至关重要。本文从工艺管线压力试验的各工序流程出发,简述在试压过程中的各关键节点,并给出控制措施,从而提高工艺管线压力试验规范化与安全可靠性。The construction quality of the process piping affects the safety and service life of the entire offshore engineering equipment operation.Pressure test is the most important inspection step in the process of construction and installation of process piping,and its successful implementation is crucial to the improvement and commissioning of the entire pipeline system.This paper starts from the steps of the process piping pressure test,briefly describes the key nodes in the pressure test process,and gives control measures to improve the standardization and safety and reliability of the process piping pressure test.
