摘　　要：主要简述了PSPC标准的关键技术要求及对企鹅圆筒型FPSO项目的建造影响。PSPC相关规定对压载舱和货油舱油漆的破损率有着严格的要求,船坞合拢后,压载舱内部和货油舱做油漆破损评估要是破损面积超过压载舱总面积的2%或者连续破损超过25 m 2时就不能用手工除锈打磨的方法来进行二次除锈,必须对舱室破损处进行冲砂处理。本文着眼公司现状提前筹划从优化分段划分、使用新型工装脚手、开展分段预舾装、预密性试验等方面减少油漆破损以满足PSPC标准的要求。In this paper,the key technical requirements of PSPC standard and its influence on the construction of penguins cylinder FPSO project are briefly introduced.In view of the current situation of the company,it is planned in advance to reduce the paint damage from the aspects of optimizing the division,using the new type of scaffold,carrying out the block pre-outfitting,pre-tightness test and so on to meet the requirements of PSPC standards.
