摘　　要：针对氨压机稀油站缺少远程监控参数和日常维护中存在的安全风险,分析了稀油站的工作原理和控制方案,详细介绍了现场氨压机PLC系统和DCS的改造方案,通过修改组态,实现了稀油站的远程监控,满足工厂安全生产要求。In view of the lack of remote monitoring parameters and safety risk in daily maintenance of thin oil station of ammonia compressor,the working principle and control scheme of thin oil station are analyzed,and the transformation scheme of PLC system and DCS of on-site ammonia compressor is introduced in detail.Through modifying the configuration,the remote monitoring of thin oil station is realized to meet the requirements of factory safety production.
