摘 要:Fenton法是常见处理环氧氯丙烷废水的工艺之一,能有效降低水中COD_(Cr)含量。为探究处理过程中COD_(Cr)降解规律,采用实验确认降解过程符合动力学方程,采取关联反应的温度、双氧水的浓度以及硫酸亚铁浓度三种影响因素的指数型经验模型,基于COD_(Cr)去除率,得到对环氧氯丙烷废水的常温下降解的动力学模型是:d[COD]/dt=17.477 exp(-14418/RT)[H_(2)O_(2)]^(0.2081)[FeSO_(4)]^(0.3847)。Fenton process is one of the common processes for epichlorohydrin wastewater treatment,which can effectively reduce the content of COD_(Cr) in water.In order to explore the degradation law of COD_(Cr) in the treatment process,experiments were carried out to confirm that the degradation process conforms to the macrodynamics equation.The exponential empirical model was adopted to correlate the reaction temperature,the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and the concentration of ferrous sulfate.Based on the COD_(Cr) removal rate,the degradation kinetic model of epichlorohydrin wastewater at room temperature was obtained as d[COD]/dt=17.477 exp(-14418/RT)[H_(2)O_(2)]^(0.2081)[FeSO_(4)]^(0.3847).
