从《天网》看侦查推理与侦查假说的提出

摘　　要：《天网》是中央电视台"社会与法"频道制作的以记录历史名案、大案为主要内容的纪录片。侦查推理和侦查假说是侦查思维的核心内容。每一个案件都是侦查人员在科学的侦查理论和丰富的侦查经验指导下,以侦查推理为理论依据,大胆提出侦查假说,并经过严密地推演和验证一步步接近真相而破获。"Tianwang",a documentary programme produced by CCTV at "Society and Law" channel,mainly recounts famous cases in history and major cases.Investigation reasoning and investigation hypothesis are the core content of investigation thinking,and the investigators dealt with each case under the guidance of scientific investigation theory and rich investigation experience.Based on the theoretical grounds of investigation reasoning,they boldly raised investigation hypotheses,gradually found out the truth after rigorous deduction and verification,and finally solved the cases.
