摘  要:铁路技术站的各项生产作业时间直接影响车站运输效率和经济效益,为实时掌控并预警各项生产作业时间,梳理铁路技术站在作业时间分析及运用中存在的问题,分析预警功能需求,从总体架构和业务流程的角度设计一套以预警接发列车作业时间、调车作业时间、本务机作业时间、车辆作业时间为主要功能的铁路技术站作业时间预警系统。该系统通过对技术站作业信息数据加工、组合、挖掘,以实时交互、关联反馈、自动预警为特色,实现了预警结果的自动推送和展示。实践证明,车站依据系统预警结果可以调整当前作业状态,加速各项作业,提高车站作业能力和运输效率。The operation time of each production activity in a railway technical station directly affects the transport efficiency and economic benefit of the station. For the real-time control and early warning of the operation time, this paper settled the problems in the operation time analysis and application of railway technical stations and analyzed the requirement of early warning functions. Then, from the perspective of the overall architecture and business process, an early warning system was designed for the operation time of train reception and departure, shunting, locomotives, and vehicles. Through the processing, combination, and mining of operation information data from the technical station, the system realizes the automatic push and display of the early warning results with the feature of real-time interaction, relevance feedback, and automatic early warning. Practice proves that the stations can adjust the current operation states according to the early warning results and accelerate the operations. Finally, the operational capability and transport efficiency are improved.
