南宁市居民对分级诊疗模式认知情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨南宁市居民对分级诊疗模式的知晓情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷调查450名南宁市居民对分级诊疗模式的知晓情况、首诊就医意愿。结果450名居民中210名(46.7%)听说过分级诊疗,168名居民赞成分级诊疗,并认为分级诊疗可行。不同年龄及学历对分级诊疗的知晓率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。96名(21.3%)居民有过从社区转诊至上级专科医院的经历,145名(32.2%)居民有过从上级专科医院转诊至社区的经历。289名(64.2%)居民患一般常见病首先选择在社区医院就医。结论南宁市居民对分级诊疗模式的认知度较低,需通过多种途径加大分级诊疗模式的宣传力度。Objective To explore the awareness of tiered diagnosis and treatment system in community residents in Nanning.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 450 Nanning residents’ awareness of the tiered diagnosis and treatment system and their medical intention at initial diagnosis.Results Among the 450 residents, 210(46.7%) knew the tiered diagnosis and treatment system, 168 agreed on the system, and recognized its feasibility. There was significant different in the awareness rate among them at different age and education level(P<0.05). A total of 96(21.3%) residents had the experience of referral from the community medical centers to general hospitals, and 145(32.2%) had the experience of referral reversely.A total of 289(64.2%) suffering from common diseases first chose to visit the community medical centers.Conclusion Nanning residents have a lower awareness of the tiered diagnosis and treatment system. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the system through various ways.
